“Platform” – The ScorpioSec website, mobile application, and all associated services.

“Services” – Online cybersecurity courses, training materials, certifications, and educational content provided by ScorpioSec Labs.

“User” – Any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform.

“Course” – The structured educational program including video lectures, labs, materials, and assessments.

“Certificate” – The digital or printed proof of completion issued upon successful course completion.

“Intellectual Property” – All course content, videos, materials, software, and designs created by ScorpioSec Labs.


3. USER REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access paid courses, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Use only one account per person
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
  • All consequences arising from unauthorized account use

We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your failure to safeguard your account information.

3.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms and Conditions
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • You harass or harm other users
  • You provide false or misleading information
  • You infringe on intellectual property rights

4. COURSE ENROLLMENT AND ACCESS

4.1 Enrollment Process

  • Access details will be sent to your registered email address
  • You can begin learning immediately after enrollment

4.2 Course Access Period

Lifetime Access Courses:

  • Unlimited access to all course materials for life

Subscription Courses:

  • Access valid for the duration of your subscription period
  • Access terminates at subscription end date
  • You may renew at the then-current subscription rate

4.3 Device Limitations

You may:

  • Access courses from multiple devices simultaneously
  • Download videos for offline viewing (where applicable)
  • Share knowledge with colleagues verbally

You may NOT:

  • Share login credentials with others
  • Allow others to use your account
  • Distribute course materials publicly
  • Sell, resell, or redistribute access

5. PAYMENT AND BILLING

5.1 Payment Methods

  • Net banking from all major Indian banks
  • UPI payments

5.2 Pricing

5.3 Taxes and Fees

5.4 Billing Disputes

If you dispute a charge:

  • We will investigate and respond within 7-10 business days
  • Provide transaction details and reason for dispute

6. REFUND AND MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

6.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligibility:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Applies to first-time course purchases only
  • Must request before accessing more than 30% of course content
  • Full refund will be issued

Non-Refundable:

  • Courses accessed for more than 30% completion
  • Bundle courses after 30 days

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • View course materials for personal learning
  • Download materials for offline personal use
  • Take notes for personal reference

7.3 Prohibited Use

You CANNOT:

  • Reproduce or distribute course materials
  • Create derivative works from our content
  • Share access or materials with others
  • Use materials for commercial purposes
  • Remove copyright notices or ownership marks
  • Reverse engineer or decompile software
  • Use materials to create competing courses

Violation of intellectual property rights will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

7.4 User-Generated Content

If you post content on our platform:

  • You grant us the right to use and display your content
  • We may use your feedback for course improvement
  • Your identity and personal information remain confidential
  • You remain responsible for any content you create

8. COURSE COMPLETION AND CERTIFICATIONS

8.1 Certification Eligibility

To earn a certificate:

  • Complete all course modules and lessons
  • Achieve minimum passing score on final assessment
  • Meet course-specific requirements
  • Pay any applicable certification fees

8.2 Certificate Validity

Our certificates:

  • Are issued for successful course completion
  • Reflect the skills learned in the specific course
  • Are recognized in the cybersecurity industry
  • Have no expiration date
  • Cannot be revoked except for fraudulent issuance

8.3 No Employment Guarantee

Certificates indicate course completion but do NOT:

  • Guarantee employment or job placement
  • Substitute for formal education or degrees
  • Override employer qualification requirements
  • Replace hands-on professional experience

We provide career guidance but make no employment promises.

8.4 Authentic Certificate Verification

Each certificate includes:

  • Unique verification code
  • Issuance date
  • Course details
  • Learner name

Recipients can verify authenticity on our website using the certificate code.


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We do not guarantee error-free operation
  • We do not guarantee results or employment
  • We do not guarantee course satisfaction

9.2 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall ScorpioSec Labs be liable for:

  • Access during maintenance periods
  • Availability in all geographic locations

10. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

10.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Deceptive Practices:

10.2 Consequences of Violation

  • Immediate account suspension or termination
  • Loss of access to all courses and materials
  • Forfeiture of course fees (no refund)

20. SEVERABILITY
